Dubai Chess and Culture Club Honors Its Achievers

The Dubai Chess and Culture Club hosted a gala dinner in honor of its outstanding players, celebrating the achievements accomplished under the club’s name during the 2025 and 2026 seasons. The event was held in a festive atmosphere that reflected a strong sense of pride in the club’s recent successes.

The ceremony was attended by Khalid Ali bin Zayed Al Falasi, Chairman of the Board, alongside board members, male and female players, and their families. Proceedings began with a welcoming speech by the master of ceremonies, who commended the achievements of the club’s female players. This was followed by the Chairman taking the stage to present rewards to the players, joined by Amal Al Aref, Head of Girls’ Section, and Othman Mousa, Technical Director of the club.The awards recognized the players’ victories in the UAE Girls’ Under-14 League Championship for 2025 and the Under-18 League Championship for 2026. The recognition also highlighted their outstanding performances, high technical standards, and the discipline and sportsmanship they demonstrated throughout the competitions.

The event also honored club player Hamad Issa, who secured the gold medal at the UAE Individual Under-18 Championship in 2025—an achievement that adds to the club’s record of success and underscores the competitive standing of its players at the national level.

Organizers praised the pivotal role played by the technical and administrative staff, as well as the unwavering support of parents. They emphasized that these accomplishments are the result of collective effort, strategic planning, and the club’s commitment to nurturing and developing talent in line with the highest technical standards.
